It's what we call you instead of “customer.” Nobody likes being sold to. When you bring us a concern, it becomes our concern too — so you're a Concernee: someone we're looking out for, not someone we're selling.
How much is it?
One plan for everyone: $2,400 a year, which covers up to 24 service requests. Pay it your way: all at once, spread out over the year, or financed with Afterpay (subject to approval). Optional add-ons are Senior Weekly Support (+$29.99/mo) and Adult-Children Support (+$19.99/mo). Cancel anytime.
What's the Founding 50 offer?
The first 50 people to become Concernees get free lawn care for their first 2 years — no extra charge, no catch. Once the 50th spot fills, the offer is gone.
What area do you serve?
Milwaukee and nearby communities. We confirm your address is inside our service area before you're ever charged, so you're never billed for a plan we can't fulfill.
What does an “included service request” cover?
One approved task within our service menu and limits — things like mounting a shelf, a minor wall patch, light yard cleanup, or a small room clean-out. It's not unlimited labor, and unused requests don't roll over.
Are you insured?
Yes — we're insured for the work we do in your home, and you can ask to see proof anytime. Have another question before a visit? Ask us; you'll get a straight answer.
What don't you do?
We're not a licensed contractor. We don't do professional plumbing, electrical, roofing, HVAC, mold, pest control, medical, or personal care. When a job needs a licensed pro, we'll tell you honestly — and can refer you to someone we trust.
Who answers when I call?
Clancy, whenever he can. If he's on a job, his AI assistant picks up, takes down what you need, and Clancy calls you back. It always tells you it's an assistant — never pretends to be a person.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Canceling ends future billing; past payments aren't refunded.
