Included visits cover the standard service menu; anything beyond that is quoted honestly before work begins, with Concernee-only discounts applied. Optional add-ons are billed separately.
We stand behind the quality of work performed by Concernee C.A.S.H. providers. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right — that's the whole point of a concerneeship instead of a one-time transaction.
You're responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the areas needing service at the scheduled time.
