We built this business on one idea: you're not a customer to be sold to, you're a Concernee whose concern becomes ours. That has to apply to your information too. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, address, phone, and email — needed to schedule and dispatch service to your home.
• Payment information, processed through Square — we don't see or store your full card number. If you choose Afterpay, Afterpay handles that payment plan.
• A service history: your requests, visit notes, and before-and-after photos of our work, tied to your account, so we (and you) can see what's been done.
• Phone messages: when Clancy can't pick up, an AI assistant answers and writes down what you say (a transcript, not a recording) so he can call you back. It always tells you it's an assistant.
• Sign-in codes: if you sign in to your Concerneeship page, we text a one-time code to your phone.

Who sees it

The provider actually dispatched to your home, and whoever administers your membership. That's it. Payment details go straight through Square and are never handled by us directly.

To run the business, a few services process information for us and only for us: Square (payments), Twilio (phone calls and text codes), Supabase (our secure database), and Anthropic (the AI that powers the phone assistant). They don't get to use your information for their own marketing.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
• We never use your service history or home photos for marketing without asking you directly first.

Your data, your choice

You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email concerneecash@gmail.com.

One honest note

This is written plainly by the people who run this business, not drafted clause-by-clause by an attorney. Given real payments and real work in people's homes are involved, this is a good one to eventually have a Wisconsin attorney look over. If you have a specific legal question, ask us directly rather than guess.
